Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Personal Data Notice)
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in performing its rights and obligations under this Agreement, the Parties hereby expressly agree that the access, use, collecting, processing, recording, disclosing of the Confidential Information shall be subject to and governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), and the Parties hereby covenant and undertake to each other that each Party shall observe and comply with the provisions of the PDPA 2010 and all applicable laws and regulations in relation thereto.
