Dr. Ng Kheng Ban is the Principal Assistant Director at the Health Education Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia. He has PhD in Health Psychology and is responsible for developing the Wellness on Wheels (WoW) programme at the Health Education Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia. Wellness on Wheels is an outreach programme bringing health promotion services to the communities using mobile trucks. His other interest is health promotion using conventional media and health behaviour.
