Shin Thant Aung is a Director in Thailand office with 10 years of experiences in Southeast Asia (SEA) across a range of sectors, focusing on healthcare clients. He has worked over 20 healthcare projects in over 10 countries in YCP Solidiance.

He is currently leading the healthcare consulting services in SEA, with the focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices’ firms and healthcare service providers. He mainly specialises in market analysis, strategy formulation, digital transformation, transactions advisory and financial modeling and has supported multiple international companies on market entry and expansion strategies for the SEA market.

Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, Shin Thant started his professional career at one of the big four accounting firms and was responsible for providing financial advisory services to international institutions, NGOs as well as for multinational companies. During the last few years in YCP Solidiance, Shin is actively speaking at international healthcare conferences, in promoting new healthcare financing model such as value-based case models, and digitalization in healthcare with the focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain and Extended Reality (XR) in SEA Countries.
