DELEGATES e-TICKET PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All purchases of tickets for conferences and events are non-refundable for cancellation and in their entirety.
The delegate may request a substitution in writing via email to mihmegatrends@kpjhealth.com.my up to 3 weeks before the conference date (deadline 27th October 2024). Any substitution beyond the deadline will not be entertained.
For any refund request payment after the HRDC approval, a deduction of 3% will be applied as an admin processing fee from the total refund amount, which will be processed after the event ends. The approved HRDC grant should be sent via email to mihmegatrends@kpjhealth.com.my.
In the event there is a cancellation or no-show at the event, it is required to inform in writing via email to mihmegatrends@kpjhealth.com.my promptly before the conference date. Should a delegate neglect to provide prior notice, they will be responsible for the full amount of their fees.
All delegate fees for the event must be paid in full by 1st October 2025. If the payment is inadequate or rejected for any reason, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event.
The fees for delegates are excluding taxes of the 8% SST as per Malaysian Tax Law, along with an extra 3% charge for payments processed through FIUU. The total amount due will be specified on the invoice.
All delegates have to make via online registration on our official website www.mihmegatrends.my before the specified deadline to secure their spot. Failure to register in advance may result in limited availability or exclusion from the event.
If you encounter any technical issues while attempting to register with your credit card, please reach out to us at mihmegatrends@kpjhealth.com.my. We will reach out to you and proceed with additional arrangements based on your approval, prioritizing the manual registration procedure.
For delegate registered via ‘Pay Later’, it is compulsory to submit proof of payment to mihmegatrends@kpjhealth.com.my in order to receive the conference e-ticket. Proof of payment: bank remittance advice, HRDC-approved grant, e-Perolehan-approved LPO, or company LOU for the validation process.
